Federal government rolls out broadband in Cape Breton

The federal government is spending $1.2 million for high-speed internet service in Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, it was announced Tuesday. The money, from the Universal Broadband Fund, will see 1,600 households in 16 communities receiving service. Indigenous households account for 440 of the new residences served.
