Rogers spends $4.35B to become sole owner of MLSE

Rogers Communications Inc. announced it will purchase the remaining 25 per cent stake in Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), giving the telco complete ownership over the Toronto sporting conglomerate.
