Scribble buys CoveritLive to strengthen digital engagement

Scribble Technologies Inc., the Toronto-based provider of technology and services to help companies engage audiences online, said Tuesday it has purchased CoveritLive from U.S. digital content company Demand Media Inc. for an undisclosed price.
