Appeal court dismisses Iristel application to release $21.85m in tax refunds

The Federal Court of Appeal dismissed an application by Iristel Inc. to appeal a decision by the Federal Court which rejected its motion to release $21.85 million in tax refunds which it claimed for the 2019-2020 reporting period pending the conclusion of an on-going audit and assessment.
