Telus Corp. announced Tuesday it is partnering with Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider Jasper Inc. for its own IoT platform, the Telus Control Centre. The new platform “simplifies the deployment and management of IoT services by offering automated device provisioning, real-time diagnostics, integrated billing, and deep reporting and cost-management features,” Telus said in a release. The Telus Control Centre will help manage the entire lifecycle of an IoT service, the company said, and will be offered alongside Telus’ IoT Marketplace, an online portal through which companies can browse IoT applications.
