Rogers Communications Inc.’s president of consumer business, Dirk Woessner, is leaving the company and is headed back to Deutsche Telekom AG (DT).
A Rogers spokesperson confirmed in an email that Woessner will leave the company at the end of November and that Rogers is searching for a successor. It was only last month that Rogers said Woessner would take over its expanded consumer unit.

After a series of high-profile departures from the company, Rogers Communications Inc. announced Thursday that it will welcome its new president and CEO next week. Former Telus Corp. head Joe Natale will take his seat atop the Rogers perch April 19, months earlier than the timeline given by interim CEO Alan Horn, who announced on a fourth-quarter conference call in January that Natale would join the company in July.
