Jacob Glick, head of Google Inc.’s government relations and public policy team for Canada, will move to the company’s head office in California. Glick, a former technology lawyer at McCarthy Tetrault, joined Google’s policy team in Ottawa in 2007, according to his LinkedIn page. He also worked as general counsel at the Canadian Internet Registration Authority. He will become the head of Google’s central public policy and government relations team working out of the company’s headquarters in Mountain View, Calif.
