Mobile video viewing at 70%: Ericsson report

Today, approximately 70 per cent of consumers watch TV and video content on their smartphone devices, double the number from 2012, according to the eighth edition of Ericsson AB’s annual ConsumerLab TV and Media report.
The study predicted only one in ten consumers will still be watching video content exclusively on their televisions, and a third of consumers will be using virtual reality (VR) by the start of the next decade, according to the report released Monday.
