A revamping of pre-paid wireless services has helped Aliant Inc. post dramatically improved results, with the Atlantic Canadian wireless operator recording a 65% improvement in pre-paid average revenue per user (ARPU) in the fourth quarter of 2005 compared to the same quarter in 2004.
