Behaviour’s foray into new media ends with sale of digital studio to Montreal firm

Behaviour Communications Inc has finalized the $850,000 sale of its digital studio in Montreal, signaling the final chapter in the independent film company's move into new media. In a series of deals announced over the past two months, Behaviour has seen the resignation of Richard Szalwinski and fellow executive Bernard Legendre as chair and CEO respectively. What remains of Behaviour's film assets are now owned by MDP Worldwide, a Los Angeles movie-sales company owned and operated by Hollywood veteran Mark Damon.
