Telecom companies operating in Calgary will not have to abide by a municipal bylaw granting the city rights-of-way, the Alberta Court of Appeal has decided.

Rogers, Quebecor ask CRTC to intervene in small cell dispute with Bell

Bell suggests using deferral account funds for accessibility consult costs
